Register to Vote!

Registering is as simple as filling out this form!  Once you click the submit button:

1. Open the .PDF file that is automatically created.
2. Print it out.
3. Sign it.
4. Drop it off in a sealed envelope addressed to Carlos Quintela at CSU 3578.

We'll take care of the rest, and you'll receive your voter registration card in the mail within the month!
